In 1951, Earth received a warning and an ultimatum from the depths of space: Abandon the ways of war and join the rest of the solar system in peaceful coexistence…or continue their pursuit of war and face total destruction. Despite the efforts of diplomats and scientists around the world, the human race quickly proved it had no interest in peace. In 1961, Klatu returned to Earth. This time, he bore no message, only a judgment.
